It’s common knowledge that Jupiter Island is one of the most famous luxury destinations in the world. Many top celebrates like Celine Dion, Tiger Woods, and Greg Norman call Jupiter Island home and enjoy the natural beauty of this 17 mile long barrier island with both ocean and Intracoastal views. Located just 20 miles north of Palm Beach, Florida, Jupiter Island is timeless and irreplaceable.
All the condominiums on Jupiter Island are located at the southern tip of the Island. There are eight buildings in a cluster to the north of Coral Cove Park, with seven of the eight communities located directly on the ocean. South of Coral Cove, you will find eleven condo buildings, six on the ocean, and five on the Intracoastal. This entire grouping of condos is discovered immediately upon entering the Island from the mainland at US 1 and Beach Road in Tequesta, Florida.
Top Jupiter Island Condominium Buildings
A close examination of the sales numbers for Jupiter Island condos illustrates the fact that three buildings, the Carlyle, Claridge, and Cliveden dominate the market at the high-end. For example, over the past five years, 212 condos sold on Jupiter Island, and every sale in the top ten was in either the Carlyle or the Claridge. Nine of the next top ten were in either the Carlyle, Claridge or Cliveden. That means only one condo sale out of the top twenty over the past five years on Jupiter Island was in a development other than these three buildings.

Spacious & Refined: Discover Condos In The Carlyle
The Carlyle is perhaps the top building in the area because its 24 apartments represent the only true four bedroom units on the Island, and the suites are 4,410 SF of air-conditioned space, which is almost 1,000 SF larger than the nearest competition. Also, the Carlyle units face directly on the ocean and Intracoastal, versus a side view like in so many other buildings. Add to that a hotel suite on the lobby level for owners and their private guests, and the Carlyle simply has unmatched amenities.
About Luxury Living In Claridge Condos
The Claridge is probably the only true rival to the Carlyle. This building has only 16 units, each of 3,510 SF under air with 3 bedrooms, so the entire complex has the look and feel of a fine, boutique French hotel. Each floor is cut in half with a unit on either the north or south side of the building with ocean to Intracoastal views. Electric hurricane shutters for each window and door in the suites is a nice feature that you don’t see in other buildings. It’s no wonder, a few famous celebrities call the Claridge their home.
Boat-Enthusiasts Enjoy Cliveden Condos
Even though the Cliveden is across the street from the ocean, this 20 unit complex boasts strong views looking north directly up the Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Also a building of 3 bedroom units, these suites are 2,750 SF under air. Some buyers love the added bonus of having boat slips available on property.
