Seagrape condos offer a mix of two bedroom, two bathroom units with nearly 1,425 square-feet of under-air living space. Each suite is equipped with not one, but three balconies, offering distant views of the water from nearly every angle. Originally constructed in 1973, every condo in Seagrape is a little bit different from the next, although you can expect to find that most have been beautifully upgraded over the years to add a contemporary feel.
In 2015 the entire building was upgraded to ensure that every door and window was replaced with impact-resistant glass. Seagrape currently doesn't allow pets, however you can rent out your condo once a year for a minimum of 90 days, which is great for those who are only here some of the time.
Units at Seagrape typically sell in the $300’s and $400’s depending on location, view, and the quality of the interior finishes.
